Cleopatra and the fascination of Egypt

Since today and until May 8th, the Centro de Arte Canal houses “Cleopatra y la fascinación de Egipto” (Cleopatra and the fascination of Egypt), the exhibition that brings us the opportunity of inmersing ourselves into the last years of the Ancient Egypt and the life of its latest queen: Cleopatra.

This exhibition integrated by 500 objects brought from museums and cultural institutions from all over the world, as well as some videos and ambientations, will transport us to an Egyptian temple, an art gallery and even to the very moment when this woman, bridge between two of the greatest civilizations in History and muse for countless artists, found her fatal destiny. Even the youngest ones will be able to learn while they have fun, thanks to the workshops held every weekend, making out of this exhibition the perfect family plan.
