Sorolla Museum

Museum of painter Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida (1863 - 1923). Located in the magnificent home with picturesque Sevillian-style gardens where the painter lived and worked from 1911 until his death in 1923. Its holdings represent the largest collection of objects amassed by the artist during his lifetime. Featured prominently are paintings and drawings by the artist himself, making it the largest and most representative in existence. One of the highlights of the museum is Sorolla's studio, which has been conserved just as it was during the artist's time.
